Today is Holy Pascha in the Orthodox Church, the feast of feasts! After a long period of Lenten and Holy Week fasting, today is a celebration and I expect that I will eat far more than my recommended calories today. But this is a joyful day, a feast day and a time of celebration so I will be grateful, and not feel guilty about it!
