The “Before “ State of Being

The “Before” Situation

Sunday March 6, 2022 (Day 0)

These are my “before” measurements and pictures. They were taken a few weeks ago on February 19, but I have not changed much since they were done. I hesitated posting the pictures, to be honest, as they are not at all flattering (to say the least!), and I am rather self-conscious of my body image. But hopefully there will be a huge change from “before” to “after”, a little over a year from now and these photos certainly give me motivation to change.

Unfortunately, I have developed a severe viral upper respiratory infection over the last few days, which will make starting this whole plan a bit more challenging in the first week. But fortunately, it is not COVID-19 nor is it influenza, so most likely just a bad cold. I can deal with that. I am looking forward to starting the whole process tomorrow, and the physical workout will be a fitness test of sorts, which I will repeat at the end of the program to see how far I have progressed.
