Summary of Week 23

Summary of Progress (Week 23) This was quite a good week overall, though I only lost a very small amount of weight. My body fat continues to drop and I had several good sessions of forest bathing, which I found most refreshing mentally and spiritually. I also managed to get to Church and receive Communion which is always a blessing for me.   Bathing in the Forest 森林浴     - “The term  Shinrin-yoku  (taking in the forest atmosphere or forest bathing) was coined by the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries in 1982.
